Job Title: IT Infrastructure Manager
Location:High Wycombe
Rate:£50K to £60K Per Year
Description: IT Infrastructure Manager needed for this enterprise size organisation based in their High Wycombe Data Centre. Leading a technical team the role will primarily involve delivering a wide ranging technical lead change programme. This will be a combination of technical hands on delivery but also motivating, developing and empowering the team to deliver the projects.

They are at the beginning of another technology refresh, with a long list of projects that need delivering.

The right person will have a demonstrable track record of delivering projects, a solid technical background in LAN / WAN, Cisco, Windows and SAN's, ideally with Microsoft MCP certifications and Cisco to CCNP level. In addition to this, very strong leadership and management skills are an absolute must.

From a management point of view a real understanding of change control and risk management is critical as is an ability to write technical documentation and an understanding of managing budgets as well as people.

As an organisation they are experiencing considerable, technology driven change and this is an opportunity to have a major role in planning, designing and implementing cutting edge IT projects.
