Job Title: Pre-Sales Technical Support Manager
Rate:£24K.00 to £28K.00 Per Year
Description: Founded in 2009, my client pioneered session replay and have built on that expertise to create a behavioural analytics's suite, powered by advanced machine-learning algorithms. The headquarters are in Norwich, in the heart of the UK’s Eastern tech corridor and they now have a number of new positions due to growth.

A Pre-sales technical support Manager is required to work in this fast paced sales environment, supporting the acquisition of new customers , ensuring the success of free trials agreed by the sales team and in turn increasing the revenue growth for the business.

Role responsibilities:
- Run implementation calls with clients to get the free trial set-up process kicked-off.
- Support the client during the implementation phase to ensure the trial is set-up efficiently and speedily.
- Actively work on building a secondary relationship with the client during the implementation process.
- Proactively follow-up with clients to get the tags implemented when things slow down.
- Answer incoming support questions from emails, website contact requests and tickets from prospective new clients
- Manage the admin around all active free trials and keep impeccable records of all client communication on Zoho.

- 90% of all free trials to be set-up and live within 1 week of the original set-up call.
- 100% of free trials set-up to deliver a successful close for the sales team.
- Turn 90% of incoming support questions from website contact requests into qualified leads for the sales team, or into Plan Requests for the online products (including the Free Plan).

Role requirements:
- 2 years experience of customer-facing support in the software industry, with a focus on delivering success to your clients.
- Strong phone presence and relationship building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, you will be a part of the sales team so communications must compliment the messaging delivered by the sales team.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Technical aptitude and ability to learn software programs - you will require an in-depth knowledge of the business solution and how to implement it. Some working knowledge of javascript and tag management solutions is essential.
- Strong listening and problem solving skills - you will be required to help determine the outcome of a successful free trial and ensure the software is configured to deliver this.
