Description: German Speaking Quality Assurance Rolling Stock Engineer to monitor the build of new Trains manufactured in Europe to ensure customer expectations and regulatory standards are met.

As the role involves regular overseas travel the successful candidate must hold a current and in date passport

If you have experience of

Quality Inspection or Test and Inspection processes
Manufacturing processes
Good verbal and written German language skills
Technical understanding of Rolling Stock / Trains

The Resident Engineer will be responsible for

Inspection of the manufacturing of the new trains
Regular observation of quality and testing
Management of snagging lists
Liaison with overseas factory production teams and relevant parties on programme and quality
Early identification of design or build issues
