Job Title: Site Engineering Manager

Rate:£53K to £60K Per Year

- Over the past 5 years, they have invested more than £1M per annum on new plant and equipment.
- They can demonstrate significant year-on-year sales growth.

About the role:

The Site Engineering Manager will be responsible for an engineering team that consists of 15 Personnel including a Deputy Engineering Manager, Engineering Team Leaders, Maintenance Engineers and Apprentices. Other typical duties will include:

- Control of Maintenance & Labour Budgets in the region of £900K per annum
- Develop, Implement and Consistently monitor an effective planned maintenance system
- Upgrade the sites existing CMMS 
- Set Departmental KPI`s, defining both short-term and long-term objectives, and ensuring targets are communicated clearly throughout the team.
- Attend daily, weekly and monthly management meetings to present engineering performances.
- Inspire a culture of Engineering Excellence, where engineers are motivated by continuous improvement work and are encouraged to bring new ideas to the table. 
- Manage the successful delivery of multiple CAPEX Projects across production and site services.
- Review the engineering team`s current skill sets and implement a training program that will advance these further.
