Are you looking for a challenging role with an ambitious, fast growing company whose vision is to become the market leader in the support services sector?

If so, our client are looking for a client focused Business Development Executive who adopts a professional, confident, consultative approach to sales and business development. You will be energetic, proactive, target driven and be responsible for creating and maintaining a sales pipeline, generating leads, arranging appointments and converting sales.

This is an ideal role for a lone wolf who has the focus and passion to help grow the business and then has the ambition to step in to a team leader role as the business and the department rapidly grow.

Your commitment...

Identify new business opportunities and create a sales pipeline
Cold call prospects to promote and sell support solutions
Collaborate with the Marketing team to understand existing marketing campaigns
Work closely with the Marketing team to propose new marketing campaigns based on market feedback
Warm call prospects to follow up on marketing campaigns
Connect with prospects via LinkedIn and email
Actively nurture outbound leads and convert to sales
Actively manage and develop inbound leads
Arrange appointments for Business Partners if a telephone sale is not achievable
Identify areas of business development and up/cross selling opportunities with existing clients
Maintain and keep up to date the CRM system
Draft proposals
Achieve and strive to exceed sales targets
Proactively promoting the company and create a positive impression of the company brand
Actively participate in company and client meetings
Proven track record in B2B outbound sales
Experience in telesales / telemarketing / business development role
Ability to build rapport and relationships quickly
Determined, self-motivated and enthusiastic with a desire to succeed
Ability to explore and overcome objections
Good written and verbal communication skills
Excellent negotiation and influencing skills

The deal...

Based at Head Office in Newport (this may change to Cardiff in 2018)
35 hours per week over 5 days - Monday to Friday (flexible working)
Basic of up to 22,500 per annum OTE 35,000 (uncapped commission).
20 days annual leave plus bank holidays and service based increased annual leave
