Job Title: Lead Project Manager (Governance)
Location:London
Rate:£30K to £36K Per Year
Description: Farrer Barnes are working with a Central London Charity to recruit a passionate and ambitious Project Manager to join their organisation and manage all aspects of their Governance Programmes. 
 
This nationwide charity are responsible for connecting education institutions with the local community and providing links and support to children and teachers. The successful candidate will be passionate about better education for young people, their community with a strong customer services background and a desire to drive change. Your role will be to match governors to schools and to create a database of volunteers to provide much needed advice and support to schools in their area. 

What are we looking for:-

Personal Attributes

- Good level of education, demonstrating strong customer care background and fantastic written and verbal communication skills. Comfort and confidence in working with a variety of stakeholders at every level.
- Strong Microsoft knowledge
- A ``hands-on attitude`` and problem solver who can anticipate requirements and act to provide sensible solutions
- Demonstrates sensitivity and possesses the ability to manage effectively the organisational tensions that sometimes develop between internal and external stakeholders involved in the organisation and delivery of programmes. 
- Team Player!
- Able to undertake some occasional work in the evenings and at weekends;
