Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator
Location:East Riding of Yorkshire
Rate:£ Per Year    Benefits: Salary is negotiable
Description: We are currently representing a role as a Customer Service Co-Ordinator for a hugely successful company who are a market leader in their industry, the role is based at their Hull site.

Reporting to the Marketing and Digital Director, responsibilities will include:
• Deal with all customer enquiries, including general enquiries and complaints
• Take control of updating the marketing branch and product image library
• Provide support for branch and online customers
• Handle all telesales queries and provide online account payment support along with live chat & web Q&A’s
• Continually updating customer database
• Assist with product and price enquiries
• Effectively communicate information between the manufactures and the buying team when required
• Take full control of customer complaint journeys to reach a satisfactory completion

To be successful in this role, the candidate would preferably:
• Experience of working within a customer service role would be an advantage
• Ability to take ownership of projects
• Knowledge of SAGE, Sharepoint, Survey Monkey, Microsoft Word and Excel would be an advantage
• Be a quick learner and be able to think creatively and suggest new ideas
• Have a keen eye for detail
