Job Title: Vip Manager/Events Executive - Spanish Speaking

My client is looking to bring on board a Spanish Speaking Event Relations & Operations Executive- a pivotal role which involves a hands-on approach over the whole event process, from start date (ASAP) until completion.

The company are a Global events brand who offer an excellent, technologically advanced place of work (think coffees made on an Ipad!) The office is dynamic, and you’ll be based there until the conclusion of the event, when you’ll travel internationally to attend and ensure things run smoothly.

You’ll be managing c-level executives, and corresponding with attendees ahead of the event. You’ll also be responsible for translation of various documents, (English to Spanish and vice versa.) A key area of this role will be the operational aspect of the attendee process, ensuring that the delegates travel is efficient and hotel stay is organised.

Personality is key in this position, a tech savvy individual with solid customer facing experience is essential. In addition, you must be;

Able to speak English & Spanish fluently
Educated to a degree level or equivalent
Happy to really immerse yourself in the entire event and jump in where required
Flexible regarding international travel and working to different time zones
Experience in either B2B or B2E exhibitions *desirable*
Able to manage yourself in a proactive manner and possessing great initiative
A background in governmental delegations or dealing with high net worth individuals would be advantageous
Excellent understanding of Microsoft packages, Word, Excel etc
