Martin & Conley are looking for a talented individual with over 2 years’ mobile games marketing experience. The ideal candidate will feel comfortable acting as the Marketing Manager working across an entire portfolio of premium and free to play mobile games.

Overview of role
The Mobile Games Marketing Manager will be responsible for formulating, hands on management and execution of our performance marketing strategy.

Other responsibilities include:
• Devising integrated acquisition and retention marketing plans and content calendars for each game in partnership with the Community Manager and Product Teams
• Owning app store creative and optimization across our mobile games portfolio using AB testing
• Planning and optimizing campaigns on social platforms and mobile networks with hyper focus on LTV and ROI
• Supporting Games Designers to deliver effective time limited events and promotions in live games to improve visibility of game systems used to optimise monetisation
• Leading internal marketing meetings
• Optimizing targeting, creative, marketing messages, marketing spend, bids and budget allocation

Experience:
• 2+ years’ experience in a mobile marketing role
• Experience of ASO and creative AB Testing
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills
• Proven understanding of performance marketing
• Understanding of tracking and attributing conversations
• Excellent written and verbal communication
