Description: Excellent opportunity to work as a Waking Night Carer within an Ofsted rated 'Good' home based in Shropshire.

You will be based in a leading independent specialist therapeutic home for adolescents offering care, support and education.

As Waking Night Carer, your main responsibilities are to:

* Supervise the young people at night within the home
* Ensure all incidents are recorded comprehensively and accurately
* Safeguard the home throughout the night
* Regular checks on young people both in and out of the grounds
* Be constantly vigilant regarding health and safety within the service

As Waking Night Carer, you must have:

* Prior experience working with vulnerable young people
* Driving license and vehicle due to location
* Willing to work night shifts and a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern
