Job Title: Business Manager
Location:South East England
Rate:£7K to £8K Per Year    Benefits: BUPA health care, discounted car scheme
Description: Honda UK are looking for a Business Manager to work closely with the franchise dealer network to maximise their profitability and take responsibility for the financial constitution of the Car & Motorcycle dealer network.

An exciting opportunity for a credible and strategic Business Manager to make a real difference to the Franchisees with a consultative approach.


Key Responsibilities

•Build strong working relationships with Dealer Principles across all franchises
•Take responsibility for the business planning and measurement of KPI’s for each franchise
•Regular analysis of the dealerships sales data with a solutions focussed vision
•Create a strategy for each franchise to maximise probability


Profile

The ideal candidate will come from a managerial business role, or from the financial arm of a dealership or Manufacturer within the Automotive industry. Or alternatively, an Area Sales Manager or Aftersales Manager who has proven experience in increasing dealer performance and measuring financial KPI’s. Strong influencing skills and diplomacy will be key to your success in this role, coupled with a good understanding of the dealer network operation and a good level of financial understanding, but training can be given in this area.
