Based in Watford
Working Monday - Friday, 37.5hrs per week

Duties -

* You will be responsible for dealing with all types of enquiries and act as the first point of contact for our customers.

* You will provide advice and support both face to face and over the telephone

* With responsibility for ensuring daily and weekly tasks are completed in a timely manner, you will be expected to use your initiative and will be happy working independently

* You will be front of House meeting and greeting guests, answering the telephones, general office duties, updating identity passes, checking bookings, data entry and Validating credentials
