My expanding client is looking for a Quality Supervisor to assist the day to day running of the technical department. This includes assisting in preparation for BRC and Red Tractor auditing. Ensuring that procedures, training and systems are up to standard. Ensure that good housekeeping and hygiene standards are maintained/ improved throughout the site and are audited. Record and communicate internal audit results with relevant departments ensuring that all corrective action has been completed within the agreed timescale.

The Candidate:

* Experience of auditing both as an auditor and auditee. Knowledge of BRC and Red Tractor.
* Intermediate Food Hygiene, HACCP qualifications (ideally RSPH level 3 or above) and internal auditor trained. Knowledge of retailer requirements in a low risk food environment desirable. Word, excel and powerpoint proficient.

* Driven individual looking to progress in their career.
