Our client, a leading commercial law firm with offices throughout the UK, is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to join the team in their Birmingham office.
This role is offered on a 37 hour week basis, with a shift pattern between 8am and 6pm.
The duties of the Facilities Supervisor are as follows:
Monitoring maintenance and upkeep of premises
Overseeing the monitoring of office supplies
Space planning as and when needed
Daily liaising with the Facilities Team Leader to ensure the smooth running of the Facilities function
Overseeing holiday requests from the Facilities team
Assisting with the implementation of the Health & Safety policy
Overseeing the firm's document production service
Ensuring compliance with quality procedures
Assisting with any other Facilities related duties
To secure this fantastic Facilities Supervisor opportunity:
NEBOSH qualification is essential
Facilities experience, and a proven track record of supervising the maintenance of a building
A 'can do' personality
An adaptable approach and an ability to balance multiple priorities
