We are recruiting for a Transport Office Administrator for a leading industrial company within Leicester. The company are looking for an enthusiastic individual with transport the hours are Monday to Friday are 8.30am to 5.00pm with an hour for lunch also on offer is a competitive salary, pension and a bonus will be offered. An immediate start is possible.

A vacancy for a full time Administrator to join our existing accounts and administration team has arisen.
The role will be to support our Transport Manager. Duties will include creating and working with excel and word documents. Previous experience of working with Microsoft Office is therefore essential. Other duties will be varied and include talking to our customers and suppliers regularly. We eventually want the successful candidate to arrange deliveries to our customers and full training would be provided.
The successful candidate must have an excellent telephone manner. We are a small office and helping colleagues and having a flexible attitude are also important qualities to us. This role is expected to grow and develop in the future and full training will be given to the successful candidate to help them succeed

DUTIES INVOLVED IN THIS VACANCY:
• Answer telephones
• Checking purchase orders are correct
• Entering date from purchase order numbers onto system
• Filing
• Photo Copying
THE CANDIDATE:

• Sage experience
• Microsoft Office Knowledge
