Description: A successful power generation company are currently recruiting for an Asset General Manager to join their London office. They have operations across Europe and the Middle East including wind, solar and thermal power projects and are going through a period of growth.

Reporting to the Director of Asset Management you will be key in managing individual renewable and thermal assets delivery from construction through to operational performance. You will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the compliance of assets with contractual and financial performance requirements whilst working alongside project partners

Key experience:
- Bachelors Degree or higher in a relevant subject such as Electrical or Mechanical discipline
- Extensive power industry experience in a project development, project management, asset management role or similar
- Technical experience in the renewable energy sector, particularly solar or offshore wind projects
- Strong technical understanding with the ability to resolve detail issues and to understand and communicate complex technical matters to non-technical colleagues at all levels.
- Excellent business and financial acumen including experience of SPA, SHA, EPC and PPA contracts
- Experience gained in HV electrical HV or Local distribution in a Utility setting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
