Job Title: Bookeeper/Accounts Administrator
Rate:£9K to £11K Per Year
Description: A vacancy has arisen with my client who are a successful business based in the Mumbles for a part-time bookeeper/Accounts administrator.

the role will be 2 days a week initially with a view to a potential increase over time if the candidate wishes.

Duties will include


Balancing Accounts

Processing sales invoices

receipts and payments

Completing VAT returns

Preparing invoices for the Inland Revenue

Checking company bank statements

Preparing cash flow statements

Dealing with financial paperwork and filing

You should be fully conversant with Sage Line 50, Quickbooks,Xero and also excel spreadsheets. Experience with payroll will be essential.

You must be able to work using your own initiative.

Part of this role will also include some basic administration including responding to emails.
