Job Title: HR Systems Implementation - Contract
Location:Kings Hill
Rate:£ Per Year
Description: As the dedicated HR Advisor, you will play a key role in the new HR & system implementation. This is a great opportunity to not only use your generalist HR skills but you will be also heavily involved in selecting, maintaining and supporting the internal HR system.

Responsibilities;

• Provide generalist support to all line managers
• Providing key support to business users for system queries and issues, including; detailed investigation of issues, progressing these through to resolution and escalating them where needed to third-party providers.
• Produce and deliver customised reports using the reporting tools available
• System configuration changes, including maintaining system security profiles, dashboards, creating user portals and ad-hoc requests based on business needs.
• Continually research, test and stay up-to-date on all system updates and fixes.
• Support and guide activities on data integrity and maintenance.
• Other responsibilities will include general HR support to the HR Manager including;
• Advise managers and employees on HR matters
• Full administration of HR documents to include employment contracts, new starter/leaver documentation, holiday/absence/recording etc
• Complete administration of salaried payroll including pension reporting
• Manage medium levels of recruitment ensuring every new starter is fully inducted
• and put through the company on-boarding process

Skills and Experience;


• You are an experienced HR Advisor ideally with a CIPD qualification.
• You will have good generalist HR knowledge and experience
• You will have some experience of championing the selection, implementation, and training of HR systems within a practical sense.
• You will be very analytical
• You have a solid understanding of HR processes and are able to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• You have been able to develop excellent organisation and prioritisation skills in previous roles and have proven your great attention to detail.
• You have strong problem-solving skills (critical, strategic and evaluative thinking) and are a self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
