Job Title: Chartered Building Surveyor
Location:Salford
Rate:£30K to £40K Per Year    Benefits: pension and other benefits
Description: THE ROLE

I am seeking a Building Surveyor to work in SALFORD with at least two years or more post qualification experience, either MRICS or MCIOB for a varied role doing early stage design, feasibility, taking client briefs, detailed design, contract administration and project management.

You will also be involved in some professional duties.

Projects include various education, healthcare and leisure buildings and previous experience in particular of education projects is required.

THE COMPANY

Our client is a firm of multi disciplinary construction and property consultants.

THE CANDIDATE

You will be a Building Surveyor with a Degree in Building Surveying and be either MRICS or MCIOB qualified with around two years or more PQE.

Duties will include early stage design and feasibility, development of detailed briefs in conjuction with the client, deoing detailed design work and preparation of production information.

Also administering building contracts and doing project management.

You will also do professional surveying work including surveys, party wall, dilapidations, DDA and FRA's.

Salary around 30K to 40K plus pension and other benefits.
