Job Title: 1st Line Service Desk Analyst
Rate:£20 Per Hour
Description: Modis are currently working with a leading organisation in North London that are looking to expand their pre-existing Service Desk team with a 1st Line Engineer. You will be providing support of mobile and desktop devices across the organisation as well as dealing with incoming incidents in a timely manner.

The successful candidate will have the following experience:

* At least 1 years worth of Service Desk experience
* A sound knowledge of ITIL
* A good understanding of IT
* Excellent communication skills
* Any IT related qualifications would be preferred

This is an initial 6 week contract with potential to extend past this date. Please only apply for this role if you are immediately available and able to commute to North London on a daily basis.
