Average Covers: 20 lunch and 30 for dinner + take away

Cuisine: modern British/European

Brigade: 4+ within main kitchen and pastry

Location: Chelsea (District and Circle)

Salary: 26,000k per annum

Shifts: 45 hours (MAX) - 9pm latest finish

* A passionate and professional chef that has experience running a small kitchen operation.
