Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Location:Dagenham
Rate:£28K Per Year    Benefits: overtime

- Benefits of an Electrical Maintenance Engineer are a highly competitive rate of: c. 28 per hour
- 12 hour 4 x 4 days and nights shift pattern
- Overtime - available

To be considered for this Maintenance Engineer role, you must have:
- High speed packaging, filling, wrapping, weighing, machinery experience
- Electrical maintenance experience such as PLC fault finding and working in control panels , with and without diagrams, drives and inverters experience is essential for the role.
- Mechanical experience with hydraulics, pneumatic's, seals and replacing gear boxes.
- Good communication skills
- An engineering qualification of NVQ and higher, an apprenticeship is highly advantageous.
- The successful Maintenance Engineer will Ideally have a time served apprenticeship or equivalent.

Responsibilities of this Electrical Maintenance Engineer role:
- Breakdown and planned maintenance activities within a manufacturing environment is essential.
- Fault finding and working without electrical or mechanical diagrams
- Identifying areas for continuous improvements and projects onsite
- Driving best practise and a right first time work ethic

We are recruiting for an FMCG, market leading manufacturer, who value, ownership, accountability and quality require an electrically biased maintenance engineer for shift work to cover an illness for 4 months ending in 2018!!
