Job Title: Production Operative

Rate:£7,500 to £8,240 Per Year

Work Wales are recruiting for staff to to help support our Client in the Pyle area. This work is temporary ongoing but with the possibility of a permanent position for the right candidate.

Our Client is a small/medium manufacturer with a specific focus and a specialist product line. They require a new production worker to join their team.

Shifts vary: 6am -2pm, 2pm-10pm & 10pm-6am

The pay rate is 7.05/7.50p/h for the first 12 weeks then increases.

General duties:

* Manning and operation of the different machines
* Understanding and monitoring the processes of production
* Boxing and bagging of final products for packaging and storage as required
* Working to targets and deadlines, ensuring nothing slows the production process down.
* Working independently at a fast pace
* General cleanliness and tidying duties as required

This is a very dusty environment. Although the required Personal Protective Equipment is provided (masks, gloves, overalls etc), it still does not suit those with respiratory issues such as Asthma.
