We are currently recruiting for a Global Automotive Manufacture for an intuitive and analytical individual who has proven experience in Compensation and Benefits within a European remit.

Key Responsibilities

HR policy management, design, maintenance and overseeing appraisals, promotions, reward policy, travel policy and job grading
Supervision of the revision and implementation of the regional mobility policy
Take full responsibility for the job evaluation process and redesign job grading
Regional compensation and benefit planning
Salary benchmarking to maintain market competitiveness
Ownership for the regional Appraisal management policy
Analysis and reporting, working closely with senior stakeholders


As a Senior HR Professional, you will be able to confidently demonstrate a proven track record of success in Compensations & Benefits having worked in a Corporate European or Global organisation. With significant experience and achievement in a European remit, you will be able to clearly evidence your HR Strategy development, job evaluation and planning ability. The current methodology is Hay so previous experience would be desirable but this can be cross trained.

With a natural passion for Compensation & Benefits, you should also ideally come with all round HR Experience encompassing ER, HR Operations, Recruitment and Training and Development.

A logical thinker with strong analysis and reporting skills, intermediate or advanced excel and power point will be essential in this role. A commercial acumen coupled with the ability to prepare and deliver a quality HR service in a deadline driven, fast paced international business. Flexibility to travel when required.
