Job Title: Chef de Partie

Establishment: Refined Restaurant and Wine Bar

Average Covers: 40 lunch and 50 for dinner

Cuisine: modern European, French

Brigade: 5+ within main kitchen and pastry

Location: Marylebone (Bakerloo, Jubilee, Metropolitan and Central)

Salary: 25,000k per annum

Closed Sundays

Last orders: 10:30pm

WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?

* A competent Chef de Partie that is confident to run a kitchen section.

* A passionate and professional chef that is well organised and can work well within a small team.

* Someone who has worked within a professional food led kitchen kitchen for over two years.

* A confident chef, that has acquired strong knife skills and the ability to work on more that one section.

* A keen trainer and team motivator. Someone who works well within a team.

* Previous experience cooking modern British cuisine would be desirable.
