Position: Manager (Day Opportunities)

Contract type: Temporary (6 months - Full Time)

Salary £23,500 to £25,500 plus 23 Days Annual Leave and other benefits

This key position is within their vibrant day opportunities services for adults and young people with learning disabilities. Their services are currently going through a transitional period; consequently they have a position available for an experienced manager between 01/11/2017 to 31/03/2018. The team will also include a deputy manager, community support facilitators and sessional facilitators for whom you will be responsible.

Role and Responsibilities will include:

* Taking responsibility for the day to day running of the service
* Leading a team to deliver a varied programme of activities and support both at their Centre and within the local community. The support is based around life/work skills, inclusion and friendship
* Demonstrating a good understanding of the client group, sector and best practice
* Working closely with all stakeholder to ensure positive outcome for their individual clients
