Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location:Kings Hill
Rate:£8.25 to £8.50 Per Hour
Description: An established financial services firm is looking for an enthusiastic customer service representative with call handling experience. In order to join this growing team, you will have excellent customer service skills, a friendly phone manner and held a DBS (CRB) within the last two years.

Your duties will include speaking with customers and delivering an efficient and effective service to exceed expectations consistently. You will be receiving inbound and
making outbound calls, actively promoting products and services, maintaining customer notes and adhoc duties as required.

Personal Specification – Core Competencies, Skills & Knowledge Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a call handling roles with experience in building customer relationships and managing customers expectations.
You must be articulate, literate & numerate with excellent computer skills.
