An exciting opportunity for an experienced Hosted Telephony, IPT, Cloud, Unified Comms, UC, VoIP new business sales professional to join international telecoms solution service provider in the capacity of Business Development Manager.

This position offers high reward for new business “hunters”, with a realistic uncapped OTE of 95,000 per annum. The package is made up of 45,000 - 55,000 basic salary, plus uncapped on target commission plus health care, pension, life assurance and more.

Join this international and leading unified comms managed service brand with a comprehensive product portfolio and as Business Development Manager you will be responsible for new business sales activity and the identification of new revenue streams and customer acquisition within the UK mid-cap market, company headcount circa 200 - 2000.

In addition to the identification of new prospects, business development opportunities and customer acquisitions, you’ll be able to increase your earning potential through the cross selling and up selling of the entire spectrum of Voice, UC, Unified Comms, VoIP, Video Conferencing, Contact Centre, Skype for Business (SfB), Office 365, Cisco and BlueJeans solutions to a variety of organisations including mid-cap, major corporate & FTSE100 companies.

Using the well-respected brand, awards and quality accreditations that the company has built up over the many years of their existence, you can also utilise an impressive and comprehensive case study portfolio which includes major complex solutions delivered within the Aviation, Banking, Engineering, Finance, Insurance, Legal, Media, Pharmaceutical, Public Sector, Retail and Travel industries and sectors in order to demonstrate capabilities & to help close new prospects.

Furthermore you’ll be support by heavy marketing initiatives and will be backed by an impressive commercial management & sales support team of bid, pricing, marketing, presales and solutions delivery teams.

From identifying new business acquisition prospects to providing consultative needs analysis & value proposition presentations, you will engage throughout the full 360 degrees of the sale lifecycle & beyond to build lasting relationships & repeat business opportunities.

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess previous similar experience gained within a new business sales role. You will need a proven ability to reach and exceed high revenue/sales targets and will be used to present and selling to the highest possible level.

You’ll be a confident person, full of ambition and determined to achieve or maintain a high six figure income. Finally you’ll have experience in selling hosted telephony, cloud PBX, IPPBX, IPT, VoIP or similar cloud based hosted voice solutions.
