Job Title: Shift Operations Manager
Location:Cwmbran, Torfaen, Wales
Rate:£35K.0000 to £38K. Per Year
Description: An opportunity has arisen for a Shift Operations Manager to join one of the most well-renowned food manufacturers in the United Kingdom. As the Shift Operations Manager, you will have the opportunity to join an organisation whose products can appear ubiquitous within major UK supermarkets, such is their popularity and the sustained growth that they have experienced.

As Shift Operations Manager you will be responsible for:

* · Managing and controlling the efficient runnings of allocated production lines in their entirety
* · Being a key part of the area management team to hit agreed KPIs within waste management, hygiene and continuous improvement to name but a few.
* · Implementation and management of the lean manufacturing strategy through working in conjunction with the Continuous Improvement team
* · Provide guidance, support and leadership to the team through compliance with the business' values and policies
* · Ensuring the customer's orders are produced safely to correct specifications

We are interested in speaking to anybody who has one of the following:

* · Managerial experience within the food industry
* · A sound background in Continuous Improvement
* · Previous exposure within production in an FMCG environment
