Job Title: HR Coordinator
Location:Slough
Rate:£30K Per Year
Description: A global household brand is recruiting a HR Coordinator to be based from their European Head Office. The HR Coordinator will provide generalist support to a global, matrix organisation. The business is currently undergoing a global transformation making this an incredibly exciting time to join. As the HR Coordinator, you will be involved with all aspects of HR, supporting a busy and varied department with recruitment and general administrative tasks. A genuine opportunity to add value whilst gaining valuable experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain all HR files
• Support on the end to end recruitment activity
• Create contracts and manage the new starters process including inductions
• Liaising with the Shared Services team
• Provide Learning and Development support
• Ad hoc project work as and when required

Profile
You will have solid HR experience with an enthusiastic, ‘can do’ attitude. The ideal candidate will have a flair for HR and enjoy playing a supportive role. You will be adept in working within a fast-paced corporate environment and will thrive in a supportive and developmental role.
