Job Title: Aftersales Accessories Manager
Location:High Wycombe
Rate:£40K to £45K Per Year    Benefits: car, bonus, pension, healthcare
Description: Do you have experience within an Aftersales Accessories function?

Ideally this will be from within the Automotive Industry and you will have a strong passion for cars, but it could also appeal if you have a genuine interest in learning about the Automotive Accessories market?

This would suit an ambitious and highly motivated business professional who would relish the challenge of a role that offers scope for autonomy and future career development.

A fantastic opportunity to work for an enviable Motor brand as an Aftersales Accessories Manager. By working for this major global car manufacturer, you will be invigorated and supported to have autonomy and freedom to make a real impact within the Accessories department’s future in an inspiring and outgoing environment. A challenging and varied role incorporating management of the Aftersales brand, product management and marketing strategy.

Key responsibilities

Account management of all external suppliers of Accessories products

Develop and create Accessory marketing campaigns via marketing agencies

Manage all the new product launches and make recommendations to the Dealerships on the best options on how to market their products

Develop and implement marketing strategies and communication programmes

Research and review supplier tenders, source new suppliers and recommend to senior management

Product management, logistics and purchase negotiation

Analyse sales data and research competitors pricing

Work closely with the product department, main Dealerships and Parts Distribution Centre to increase sales for the Accessories department

Profile

•Strong communication and relationship building skills essential
•An understanding or a genuine passion for Accessories ideally within the Automotive industry
•MS office skills and good commercial acumen
•Highly motivated, ambitious and professional
•A confident presenter with well-developed influencing and negotiation skills
•A curious mind set with the drive to implement change
•Experience from a Manufacturer in a corporate Aftersales Accessories or Parts Management function would be desirable but is not essential
