Purpose of the role

The Franchise Marketing Manager is responsible for curating and delivering all marketing collateral and promotional events to support our ambitious growth plans for both our equity development and our franchising proposition. The P&PPM will help us define the franchise model, how we sell it to partners and demonstrate a clear return on their investment and will support the Network Development team to promote and drive awareness of our ambitious growth plans in the external Property market. 

Key areas of responsibility
•Create supporting documents and material for deployment at major UK franchise shows throughout 2018.
•Create case studies and indicative financial material based on our experience in existing UK towns.
•Build a digital and social media presence to help create awareness and interest.
•Create a “proposition catalogue” to help sell our brand options (Regus, Spaces, Open Offices and our other brands).
•Fully define the property requirement and create an introductory guide to the “ideal IWG franchise building”.
•Help build the financial model that clearly demonstrates how the franchise partner will make money to maximise the attraction of the model to new franchise prospects.
•Work with the development team and our property agents to create collateral and PR activity to drive external awareness of the Regus property requirement.

Key performance indicators
•Franchise leads generated.
•Franchise deals signed (volume and value).
•Increased awareness of the Regus property requirement.
•NCO leads generated.

•Marketing experience within a Franchised/Partnership model. 
•Commercial focus – ability to plan and analyse return on investment. 
•Experience of building a digital and social media presence to generate sales leads.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to persuade and influence. 
•Strong planning and organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise, multi-task, delegate and work effectively with minimal supervision.
•Adaptability and flexibility, able to respond quickly to changing demands, processes and information.
