Brief Overview
The Quality Coordinator role is to ensure the company is in compliance with the requirements laid down by EASA

Key Responsibilities

• Establishing and maintaining an independent Quality system to monitor compliance with EASA and Company requirements.

• Responsible for implementing, managing and controlling a quality audit program

• Ensuring compliance with all maintenance procedures are reviewed at regular intervals.

• Reporting any discrepancy not being adequately addressed by relevant personnel or on disagreement over the nature of the discrepancy to the Accountable Manager.

• Ensuring any observed non-compliance or poor standard is brought to the attention of the personnel concerned via their manager.

• Authorising certifying personnel to comply with EASA Certification, and the control and maintenance of certifying staff records, including qualifications, training and scope of the authorisation issued.

• The issue and control of maintenance authorisations for inspection duties and stamps.

• MOE production, monitoring and amendment.

• Liaise with the Production Manager to ensure Company and regulatory objectives, requirements and policies are understood and implemented.

• Liaise with and make application to, the regulatory authorities in respect of organisational changes and development of the Company scope of work and capability list where justified.

• Achieve and maintain the Company approval in accordance with the requirements of EASA/CAA.

• Establish and maintain a quality system for the auditing and issue of company approvals to sub-contractors.

• Fulfil the position of an independent Auditor whose ability and experience can be ascertained and used by the Quality Coordinator to supplement the quality system.

• Responsible for oversight and reporting of any concerns regarding Textron Ethics and Compliance.

• Supporting and contributing to all local and companywide metrics
