Job Title: Chartered Building Surveyor
Rate:£44K to £46K Per Year    Benefits: Bonus, pension, healthcare etc.
Description: THE ROLE

I am seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor to join my client in their Berkshire office.

Duties will include both project and professional work.


Our client is a firm of building surveyors, employers agents, quantity surveyors and architects.

They work on new build, alteration and conversion projects including listed buildings and other building structures.


You will be a Chartered Building Surveyor with a Degree in Building Surveying and you will need to be MRICS qualified with around two years + building surveying experience having recently become chartered with the RICS.

Duties will include both project and professional work to include design, detailing, specifications of building works and CAD skills would be preferred.

You will also do contract administration plus building surveys, defects investigations, dilapidations claims, schedules of condition and maintenance reports.

You could also get involved in party wall and other duties.

You will have the opportunity of working on a range of projects including historic buildings, rural estates and buildings, plus commercial properties.

Good client facing skills essential.

You should also be able to work on your own but also as part of a team when required.

Salary around 45K per annum plus bonus, pension contribution, health insurance, life assurance etc.
