The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic Commercial Property Lawyer to join a thriving practice based in Essex, The successful candidate will manage a caseload of commercial property matters including acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases, development work, estate management, property finance and compulsory land purchases. incorporating sales and purchases, business leases, business transfers, option/development agreements and coverage contracts, Past experience of working on commercial transactions including asset and share sales, mergers and acquisitions and management buy - outs a distinct advantage.

The candidate
The position would suit a commercial property solicitor, looking for a traditional client focused role within a high street firm. You will be professional and technically strong with exceptional networking, marketing and communication skills. The firm will offer genuine opportunities for progression.

Salary will be based on experience, up to 30 days holiday plus bank holidays.
