Job Title: Sales Administration Support
Rate:£15K to £18K Per Year
Description: The Just Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for an Sales Administration Support position working for a growing mortgage company in the Colchester area.

Duties include:

•Provide support and liaise with the mortgage consultant & new build account manager
•To ensure that cases documents are attached & compliant and meet legal regulations such as money laundering guidelines and data protection act.
•Input application details onto mortgage providers systems
•Input credit/debit card details for fees on sage pay & contacting clients if required
•Keying and packaging mortgage applications to the lender for their assessment.
•Contacting both mortgage customers and house builders to provide regular updates on case progression

Attractive basic salary negotiable based on experience

Hours Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm

Knowledge, skills and qualifications:

3 Months administration experience
Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook
