Regional Recruitment Services are working in partnership with a leading Financial Services company in Hove. We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Executives and Administrators to join an award winning team with huge potential for future growth.

General activities will include;
- Answering inbound calls regarding queries around a variety of insurance products
- Providing a first class service and trying to deal with all queries in the first instance
- Answering queries surrounding policy details and offering advice on the most suitable product
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure customer service is always prioritised
- General Administration duties
- Updating the in-house CRM system
- Plus lots more…

Ideal candidates will have the following;

- Previous experience of working in Customer Service or Administration is beneficial although not essential as full training is provided
- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong listening skills and a customer service focused approach
- Good I.T. skills
- Exceptional Communication skills both verbally and written

- Hours of work are Monday to Friday between 08:00am to 6:30pm, and 1 in 3 Saturdays 09:00am to 1:00pm
