Job Title: Marketing Manager
Rate:£25K.00 to £30K.00 Per Year
Description: 2017 is shaping up to be a fantastic year for my client with growth and expansion being at the height within its 22 year history. With a boosted budget and a new website currently in design, a strong brand development and lead generation strategy is in place to move the business to the next level.

This means the marketing team is expanding, and as such, a Marketing Manager is now required, reporting into the Operations Director.

Joining an established team based in the City centre, you will assist with increasing brand awareness and driving growth through marketing activities, predominantly digital marketing helping to drive traffic to the company website and ensure the brand is getting maximum exposure.

You will be responsible for planning, maintaining and delivering a programme of digital marketing campaigns to support the business. This diverse role will comprise of a range of activities including; social media development and ongoing management, online advertising, e-shot creation and distribution, design and imagery, brand management, communications and PR.

On all activities you will have a keen eye for monitoring success using a variety of web analytics tools and report these to the Operations Director accordingly.

∙Implementing the email marketing programme and devising/delivering all digital campaigns.
∙Growing the digital channels that they are responsible for
∙Input to search/CRO support for lead generation
∙Eshots planning and creation
∙Improvements to website collateral and content creation
∙Social media – including training and support
∙Market research
∙Monthly reporting of campaigns and analysis
∙Regular competitor analysis
∙Assist Operations Director with special projects
∙Marketing support for franchises around the UK offering training, advice, research and planning guidance
∙PR support

Key Skills/Experience
Proven experience in a Marketing role
Proven experience managing digital campaigns and mailshots. Dotmailer would be desirable (or similar)
Experience across Social Media channels
Design skills or ability to learn (indesign etc)
Analytical - Google Analytics is desirable
Campaign reporting
ROI and data driven
Reporting on the campaign delivery and progress
Mix of creative and analytical skills
Personable, professional and dynamic are all traits that my client is seeking!
