Job Title: Client Services Manager
Location:Norwich
Rate:£30K.00 to £40K.00 Per Year
Description: Great opportunity to lead the team in this dynamic City centre agency.
An experienced individual is now required with experience in digital project management, dealing with key accounts, working with developers, designers and search marketers and be the main port of call for all major projects.

Skills
•Excellent customer service skills
•Effective communication skills to brief, delegate and manage team members' tasks which compliment your activity, or do not fit within the remit of a senior member of the team
•Organisational skills, successfully prioritising and focusing on tasks that will bring maximum commercial benefit to Selesti
•A willingness to learn new skills and work in the most efficient way possible
•Strong experience using JIRA or other project management tools, continuous integration and delivery technologies

Roles
•Leadership, management and development of key accounts and projects, with team support
•Get to know clients, their objectives, goals and KPIs
•Regular communication (f2f/phone/email) with clients to ensure service levels and expectations are being met
•Building and maintaining relationships with clients
•Proactively seek client feedback to ensure our service adapts and evolves to any communication or process improvements
•Oversee and offer guidance to Account Execs for all activity
•Identify opportunities to increase existing client spend
•Manage escalated customer concerns, complaints
•Manage the design and development team’s production output using JIRA and other tools
•Develop newer, leaner and more profitable ways to manage projects
•Trends reporting (finding commonality with bugs, bottlenecks) with a view to tackling them before they happen and prevent in the first place
•Collaborate with the team on the direction of development methods, tech and quality assurance processes
•Take an active role in merging digital marketing and web build accounts to ensure maximum upselling opportunities
