Job Title: Application Support Analyst
Location:Crawley
Rate:£30K to £40K Per Year    Benefits: Full benefits Package
Description: Application Support Analyst needed for this large professional services organisation based in their Crawley Head Office. Working as part of their core application support team you will be responsible for providing second / third line application support on both their bespoke and “off the shelf” business applications.
Technically, the right person will have a good mix off:

* Working knowledge of core Microsoft technology SQL Server; ASP.NET; .Net Framework and web services.

* Experience of Disaster Recovery planning and execution

* Excellent knowledge of ITIL Service Management methodology

* Good understanding of SQL including writing and interpreting queries

The right person will have experience of:

* At least two years’ experience in a professional IT environment providing Application support and or Software development

* Experience with Relational database management systems

* An understanding of database and system integration and reporting

* A knowledge and understanding of ICT security

* Understanding of the full Software Development Life Cycle

* SQL language

* Programming and scripting skills
