Job Title: Part-Time Client Services Assistant
Rate:£21K Per Year
Description: Part-Time Client Services Assistant
20 hours per week, 10am-2pm
21k Pro Rata (Temporary 6-month contract)

Our client is looking for a friendly, diverse and organised individual to join their team on a part-time basis to assist the Client Services team on a project. They specialise in media and entertainment in retail and have an amazing feel to their office, based in the centre of Newbury with parking provided!

You will have/be:

•Good knowledge of Excel and Spreadsheets
•Finance/Customer Service/Admin Background
•Organised and Dedicated
•Fun and Hardworking

Role Responsibilities:

•Inputting data into a spread sheet for a project, daily updates for stock purposes
•Managing customer Service Level Agreements
•Managing a network of third party service, maintenance and installation engineers
•Fielding fault calls and reacting to emails directly from clients
•Logging and processing cases in Enapps (internal Enterprise Resource Planning System)
•Raising sales orders and purchase orders in Enapps
•Liaise with engineering partners to attend maintenance calls / installations
•Source & despatch stock for maintenance / installation cases
•Liaise with engineering partners to make sure job sheets are produced and sent in accordingly
•Make sure Enapps cases for maintenance and installations are updated and closed appropriately
•Account management & client liaison
•Internal escalation & feedback
•Ad hoc reporting / surveys
•Producing installation documentation (Self Install Guides)
•Support a culture of collaboration, success and aspiration
•Ensure you represent the company to clients and suppliers in a professional manner at all times
•Occasionally other activities of a similar nature that fall within your capabilities as directed by Client Services Executive
