Job Title: Customer Service Team Leader
Rate:£27,500 to £28,200 Per Year    Benefits: BUPA health care, discounted car scheme
Description: We have a fantastic opportunity to work as a Customer Service Team Leader for a global Automotive business.

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Team Leader or Supervisor to excel in a Customer focussed and fast paced environment. Managing a small team, the capability to mentor and coach individuals in a sometimes challenging environment will be key to your success.

Key responsibilities

Motivate and coach a small team of Customer Service Advisors to ensure a Number 1 Service is being provided to the customers and the dealer network
Manage escalated calls when required from the team and action accordingly
Respond in a prompt manner to incoming calls from both the dealer network and customers
Ensure the team are adhering to procedures through regular audits and reports


The ideal candidate will come from a Customer focussed or Call Centre environment within a Team Leader or Supervisory role, as you will already have gained a high level of empathy and commitment towards the customer, alongside the natural ability to coach and mentor a small team. Experience within the Automotive Finance background would be highly desirable but not essential.
Most importantly, a positive approach and the ability to remain calm and collected when under pressure is integral.
