Job Title: Part Time Administrator - 9-12 Month Contract
Rate:£16K to £18K Per Year
Description: The Just Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Part time Administrator to cover a 9-12 month contract, for our client, a large, well-established specialists logistics company based in the Essex area.

The successful applicant will have previous Administration experience, be able to multi-task and manage a busy workload and be happy to get involved wherever required.

Working in a busy, social team environment, the successful applicant will be responsible for:

• Arranging transport – Booking jobs with hauliers and updating internal system
• Checking off transport invoices
• Scanning/Filing
• Customer stock reports
• Issuing warehouse paperwork for incoming goods
• Landing received goods on internal system
• Handling inbound customer calls and emails

You will have:
• Previous administration experience, gained within a logistics/warehousing environment
• Excellent Excel skills - Intermediate level
• Strong numeracy skills
• Confident and hard-working manner
• Good working ethic and attitude
• Excellent team skills

This role will be working Monday-Friday 10am-2pm/ 930-230pm and our client is looking for someone to start early/mid November.
