Description: Our well-established client is looking to recruit an HR Administrator to support their growing business in the Kings Hill area.

This is an exciting opportunity in a fast-paced business within a small and friendly team. If you are an HR Administrator who has experience working within a diverse HR administration function then this may be the role for you. You will take charge in maintaining and developing the employee database and producing new starter packs and contracts from template documents for new employees.

To succeed in this role you must have experience within an HR function operating at HR Administrator level or above. You will need to show a good level of communication skills with colleagues and employees as well as initiative, organisation and accuracy. Being a team player is paramount.

Core Responsibilities

The specific duties of the role will involve:

+ Supporting the Company in all areas of the employee life-cycle through chasing employment references, processing job changes, producing employment-related paperwork and supporting HR related projects

+ Monitoring of all employee information on internal HR systems, ensuring information held is accurate and in line with relevant legislation

+ Monitoring compliance with internal procedures

+ Regular audits of employee data to ensure it is relevant and up to date

+ Drafting and issuing of contracts and amendments to contracts by using template documents

+ The processing and monitoring of holiday requests and absence management

+ Close liaison with payroll to ensure all staff are paid accurately each month and that leavers, new starters, and absences are clearly communicated.

Key Skills Required

+ Proven experience of working in HR administration
+ Confidence in interacting with all levels of management
+ High levels of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability
+ Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
+ Excellent attention to detail
+ Ability to organise and manage multiple workloads simultaneously
+ Good knowledge of all MS office applications.

This role is full-time, working on a Monday – Friday 9am-5pm basis with a competitive salary.
