Job Responsibilities/Duties

The role of the Quality department is to support Manufacturing in process inspection activities and incoming material inspection, ensuring company products are in compliance with internal and external Specifications. As a Inspection Administator within Quality you will be responsible for the following duties:

* Checking Batch Records to ensure quality standards are met.
* Prepare batch records for audit.
* Record non-conformance issues.
* Routine inspection
* Updating batch files
* Maintain documentation
* Filing completed requests for rework and destruction of materials
* Throughout the day you will have various tasks on a rotational basis

You will be working a shift rotation from 7am to 7pm, 4 days on, 4 days off. This will include weekends. The site generally closes over the Christmas and New Year period.



Skills and Qualities

It is not essential, that you have worked in a Pharmaceutical or Quality enviroment before. Some administration experience would be helpful. The key qualities you will need are:

* Be conscientous and dilligent
* Ability to read Technical Specifications.
* High attention to detail
* An awareness of GMP (good manufacturing practice) is helpful but not essential
* Basic IT skills
* Full gowning procedures must be adhered to in the production areas, therefore personal hygiene and cleanliness is vital whilst working onsite.
* As our client runs a 24 hour operation the Operations Technicians are required to work 12 hour shifts over a number of day shift rotas.

For this role it is essential that you provide 5 years of work and character references to cover any gaps in employment.
