Job Title: Lead BA / PM Data Management

Rate:£85K.00 to £90K.00 Per Year    Benefits: Bonus and Pension
Description: Lead Business Analyst / Project Manager is required by a large Investment Management Firm to lead a group of Business Analysts to deliver multiple Data focused projects. Knowledge of Investment Management Data sets: Securities Data, Instruments Data, Legal entity Data, Accounting Data, Static Data, Data Governance and Data Modelling would be beneficial. You will be required to lead the Analysis on several large scale Data Programmes across multiple areas of the business e.i, Front office (Equities, Fixed income, Multi-Asset Desks), Risk and Performance, Compliance, Legal, Operations etc.
The successful candidate will have strong Asset Management experience with good understanding of data sets and data flows from front to back. You will be working withing a Data Management function that is looking to provide a central data point for data across the business. You will be working with Portfolio managers, Quants, Risk analyst, Operations and compliance. There is some delivery to be done in the regulatory space for obvious reasons but strategically, its working with some great minds to build a best of bread data infrastructure for the firm. The data Strategy is driven by the Exco and there is a strong desire to help centralise all data for the organisation.
Responsibility:

* Act as a lead to a team of 5/6 Business analyst.
* Lead best practice BA methodology
* Face off to multiple senior stakeholders withing the firm
* Gather requirements on multiple projects and be responsible for delivering some of the requirements.
