The Vacancy:
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our fun, but hard-working, sales and order processing team in South Kent. The role is critical to the business and at times it will be demanding, with extremely tight customer deadlines to be met.

The job will be a mix of Sales Adviser and Project Manager and will primarily involve:

• Sales generation by responding to new business enquiries (by email and telephone) and providing quotes, advising on products, liaising with clients & sending samples.
• Project managing jobs once quotes are accepted – placing orders with suppliers, liaising with internal designers and production staff and monitoring the project through to dispatch, all the while maintaining appropriate contact with the client and ensuring deadlines are being met.

Candidates must be/have:
• Highly articulate with excellent communication skills
• Focused, with an ability to always pay attention to detail
• Extremely organised and able to multi task
• A professional, confident, polite manner and an ability to build rapport with professional customers
• Self-motivated and able to work without constant supervision and to take the initiative
• A positive and proactive attitude and the ability to remain level headed under pressure and a good level of common sense
• Good academic qualifications
• Somebody cultured and world aware who has a good grasp of international news.
• A fun, approachable, team player with a spark.
• A strong understanding of big brands in the UK would be beneficial
• A good knowledge of print, marketing, advertising or other creative functions would be advantageous
