Job Title: Partner - Executive Search - Infrastructure

Rate:£70K to £90K Per Year    Benefits: exceptional bonus
Description: My client, an executive search and advisory firm based in Central London, requires a Practice Lead to lead and continue develop their Infrastructure & Transport practice.

You will have experience working in a retained search environment, working on national and international C-suite mandates within this fast growing sector, as well as being dedicated to career in executive search. You will have the opportunity to work alongside some well networked Partners in the Executive Interim space.

Working within a candidate centric, retained assignment environment, this role is fundamentally key to the success of the wider Industrial practice. On a day to day basis you will continually develop an understanding the competitive landscape in which clients operate, pitch for and win retained mandates, grow your network in a focused and methodical fashion whilst guiding candidates through the interview process including offers and on-boarding.

You will be a motivated and confident self-starter who is keen to learn and progress to board level. You will have excellent academics, very good communication and organisational skills and have the ability to persuade and influence at the highest levels. You will be a high achiever, be self-confident and take ownership of your responsibilities.
