Get Recruited are supporting our client who are a hugely successful, market leading business in the Manchester area. They are looking to recruit a number of eager, hardworking and tenacious Inbound Customer Service Advisors to their nationally recognised, and expanding business.

Customer Service Advisors receive a great package with a 17,000 basic salary and an achievable monthly bonus of 1000 based on KPI's. Inbound Customer Service Advisors will handle incoming calls from customers who are looking for updates on their new applications, advising the customer appropriately, accurately and offering first class assistance and support. This role will be varied and challenging, with the end goal being to provide an outstanding service to customers.



Experience / Skills

Experience of at least 6 months within a contact centre A customer focused approach

Can do Attitude

Experience of working towards targets

Previous use of a dialler system

Tenacity to achieve results
