Job Title: Account Executive
Rate:£20K to £25K Per Year    Benefits: pension
Description: Account Executive: we are currently recruiting on behalf of one our most prestigious clients who specialise in outsourced marketing solutions - who are looking for an Account Executive to join their customer experience team on a permanent full time basis.

Key duties include:
Support customers' requirements to ensure services are delivered professionally and on time
Provide day to day contact and support for their clients, ensuring that business requirements are met and satisfied
Support Account Managers to identify and develop new business opportunities
Produce timely and accurate client invoices, MI and reports for both clients and internal review
Managing the project and coordinating the production process and suppliers to get the job done effectively and efficiently
Process orders from instruction to invoicing
Provide assistance to clients on products, services and production methodology

Key skills and experience required:
Previous account management or account executive experience
Print industry experience would be desirable
Problem solving skills
Strong customer service skills is essential as this will be a client facing role
Good Microsoft Office skills
Ability to work in a pressurised environment
